Feynlab Ultra V3

Ceramic coating

$1,299Five-year Feynlab, CarFax registered

A coating locks in whatever the paint looks like underneath it. So we correct the paint first, on every car, then lay down Feynlab. Water beads, dirt lets go, and the gloss stays.

One coating, one price

We run one coating, Feynlab’s best, and that is the whole menu. Ryan scopes correction time on the car itself. Really beat up paint means more correction and more cost, and we will tell you that up front.

What we can coat

  • Paint Feynlab Ultra V3, biphasal, ultra hydrophobic
  • Wheels Feynlab wheel coating, brake dust rinses off
  • Glass Feynlab window coating
  • Plastic and trim Feynlab trim coating

How it goes

  1. 1

    Wash and decontamination

You do not prep anything. We handle the wash, the iron and tar removal, the clay.

  2. 2

    Paint correction

Every defect comes off the paint before the coating goes on. New car or not. A coating locks in swirls just as happily as it locks in a perfect finish. How the correction works.

  3. 3

    Feynlab goes on

Applied the way Feynlab requires for the warranty to hold, then cured in the shop.

  4. 4

    Registered to your CarFax

The 5-year warranty gets registered to the car’s CarFax. Wash with pH neutral soap and it keeps doing its job.

Definitely recommend this shop for any detail or tint needs! I brought my Audi S4 in there for a ceramic coat and windshield tint and couldn’t have been happier. Ryan the owner exceeded my expectations and even took it upon himself to clean up the interior and other small things that weren’t a part of the services. All free of charge. The shop is very respectful and very quick with their service. Very happy to support a local business such as this one

Drove up from San Diego to get my windshield and windows tinted at Dutchman Customs and it was 100% worth it. Ryan used top-tier ceramic tint and walked me through everything — super knowledgeable and clearly cares about what he does. The work turned out great. Dutchman came highly recommended and lived up to the hype. I’ll be back next year to get the interior/exterior detail done.

Got a quick quote through message for ceramic window tint and they stuck to the price that they quoted with no additional/hidden fees. Super easy to make an appointment and everyone at the shop were super friendly! Also, I couldn’t be any more happier with the result!

I got a ceramic coating as well as a stage 2 exterior detail. Looks amazing and blocks out natures burly damage. Glad I got it for off-roading, he even posted my car on his Instagram!

Coating questions, answered straight

How much does a ceramic coating cost in Bend, Oregon?
On the booking menu, ceramic starts at the price on this page for the three-year Feynlab Ceramic V3 and $1,100 for the five-year Ceramic Ultra V3. Both include the wash, the decontamination and paint correction before the coating goes on. Really beat up paint takes more correction time, and we tell you that with the car in front of us, not on the invoice.
How long does a ceramic coating last?
Three years for Ceramic V3 and five years for Ceramic Ultra V3, applied the way Feynlab requires so the warranty holds. The five-year warranty is registered to the vehicle's CarFax report.
Do I need paint correction before a ceramic coating?
Yes, and we do it on every car, new or not. A coating locks in whatever is under it. Coat over swirls and you have shiny swirls for five years. Correct the paint first and you lock in a finish that looks better in year three than most cars do on day one.
Ceramic coating or PPF?
If rock chips are the worry, film. If washing and gloss are the worry, coating. Most people here do both: STEK on the front and the rockers where the cinder hits, Feynlab over the whole car so it rinses clean. The coating goes over the film too.
How do I wash a ceramic coated car?
pH neutral soap, two buckets or a touchless wash, no brushes. Most of the time a rinse and a dry does it, which is the whole point of the coating. Skip the wax, it has nothing to stick to.
Can you coat the wheels, glass and trim too?
Yes. Feynlab makes a wheel coating so brake dust rinses off, a window coating so rain sheets off the glass, and a plastic and trim coating that keeps black trim black. Ask for them when you book and we do them in the same visit.
How long is the car in the shop for a coating?
Depends on how much correction the paint needs. Ryan scopes that on the car and gives you the pickup time then.
